"Kelly was incredible in helping us buy our first home. On our first day with her she sat us down for a few hours and explained the process, the market, set our expectations, and let us ask her anything we were concerned about. She's extremely knowledgeable and honest.

After that we would meet on weekends (sometimes weekdays) to look at homes. We would pick homes from her MLS listing site, and she would meet us with printouts of all the homes for us to take notes on. She'd walk us through the homes, pointing out various things new home-buyers just don't know about. Kelly was always patient with all our questions. She's also very accommodating with scheduling - I know she had other clients, but it sure didn't feel like it. She was always available!

Once we found the right home, Kelly was great in setting up inspections, sorting out forms, and keeping the process moving. She never missed a step when problems came up either. It's all part of the process and she was always ready with a solution.
